Wild camping on our farm
After a fantastic weekend camping with friends on the farm, cooking delicious camp fire breakfasts, we couldn’t stop talking about how it reminded us of camping when we were kids. Waking up to watch the sun rising, warming your skin. I can still taste the extra flavour of the fresh coffee boiled up on the campfire.
The kids were great too. All the extra fresh air, from dawn till dusk , hearty cowboy meals cooked outside . I think we were so much more chilled with the lazy pace of it all that the kids were under less pressure.
All in all a fantastic relaxing time was had by all.
We enjoyed it and we think you will too. The facilities are very, very limited so not for the faint hearted, but I think you will agree, unplugging your life and getting back , way back , to the pace of nature will really recharge your batteries.
Campfires, loads of space, excellent uninterrupted views of the country side, and that’s about all.

Tap for water, use of the compost toilet, great views, peace and quiet.
We can also provide all or some of your grocery requirements, give us an email for more information.
15.00 per night based on two adults, children under 12 are free. We assume this would be one normal tent or a camper van. If you have twelve children coming etc please let us know.
We will be open throghout Autumn for anyone who wants to brave the weather
