Our organic box scheme contains meat which is raised in Northumberland; vegetables that are home grown and sourced locally; our bread is baked in a traditional wood fired oven; our eggs are from organic chickens and if that is not nearly enough the box also contains one litre of organic milk.
Every week there is a run-down of the contents of the box. We also have a huge selection of recipes that are available to try out with the 'odd' or ordinary vegetables.
At G & S Organics we now supply our organic box scheme to customers as far north as Berwick upon Tweed, as far west as Hexham and as far south as Newcastle upon Tyne.
We also supply organic meat boxes to suit all tastes, and for those with larger than average freezers a whole organic pig or half an organic pig.
